That dot flying above your head as blight is actually his serum vial. Because it's an external set piece that he uses sometimes, it teleports to his hand from up there, and then disappears again

It would be so cool if BHVR added Easter eggs for killers on their respective maps. I understand there are already some but it would be cool if only trapper could interact with something like on Iron Works or Storehouse.

Number 24 could be an example of a pentimento (not to be confused with the perk), where there can be visible traces of an earlier painting underneath newer layers of paint. I've seen museums highlight this feature by showing black and white images highlighting those areas of pentimenti, similarly to how it's seen in the screenshot.

I think the rugs might be a representation of the map's layout, maybe if you use an offering and repair the gens in those positions, in that order it could reveal the secret

The paint in the eerie of crows is related to her perk "pentimento" which is a total change of a paint in a finishing stage of the paint itself, covered by a new layer of paint or painting something completly different

By far my favorite map easter egg is the Nostromo keycard room. On the map you can randomly find a dead space suit guy, if you crouch as a survivor you can collect a keycard. If you go to main building, near the generator there, and input the code Left, Down, Up, Right, a door will open, and inside is a chest that guarantees a very rare item.
