Chipmonk Individual Cookies Review plus a Surprise!

In this video, Courtney and I review two individually packed cookies, plus my favorite cookie bite. Despite what I said in this video about the higher protein in the peanut butter cookie, it turns out that it is NOT their protein cookie (maybe they'll send me some of those to review). Also, my grandson Colton shares his feelings about the chocolate peanut butter bites.

I really like ChipMonk Baking's cookies. I'm still nursing the box they sent me, that I won from you last year, Steve!
I'm down to my last cookie, & I have been saving it for just the right moment. lol

Courtney is iffy on the texture, & I understand it, but I love it. Chewy cookies were such a huge challenge in Keto baking, we always had more of a sandy/crumbly thing to overcome. Then Allulose hit the scene, & things started changing.

I remember when ChipMonk Baking was still trying to get out there... the unknown start up sending product to everyone for review. Their texture is what stood out to everyone.

I'm Team Chewy, so I guess that's why they float my boat. lol
