Amazing show you guys! I think you raised a lot of great points. Do you remember last episode, that spy Charlie called someone and said he was ready to go back to work? I think he's the sniper but I'm still on the fence with who set it up because one of the things that haunts me is when Millie told Fitz she didn't want to go, it was almost like she was chickening out of something. Then, when he told her Liv is no longer his "mistress" she looked shocked, then pleaded with him not to go...

Love the coverage on this episode. Thanks Bamm for your summary of Edison Davis. I think he is an elitist and opportunist. I appreciated the entire panel's discussion. It seems too obvious that Hollis is behind this, but suppose it is someone like Governor Reston behind the shooting? Also, did anyone hear more than one shot? In the clip for next week, a doctor said there were four bullet wounds.

Oh Bamm. Thank you for saying it. Olivia was acting like she was too busy when all she was doing is laying up with Edison. Olivia gets the chicken head award this week.

Fitz asked what to tell the press she got him for his bday and Mellie said "Cyrus said to say I got you a first edition copy of 'To Kill A Mockingbird' for your birthday" THEN she clicked that Fitz is the mockingbird and got jittery and didn't want to leave the limo. Look up the significance of the mockingbird in 'To Kill A Mockingbird' it fits president Fitz.

Also remember in the promo Cyrus says "Raise the threat level"... Jenny Nystrom was a big case...More important than East Sudan... That episode was big and all of it is coming full circle.

In all seriousness of all the people left in POA, he is the one who got Liv to open up to him. She gave him a task, you may it see it as small but it is not easy for most people to stab their friends in the back even for their own good, but in essence that is what he did and by doing that he prove to Liv that he has what he takes.
Last episode he was able to talk down a room full of trained assassins that his still something. Everybody has to start somewhere and grow from there.

If Edison is a snake in the grass. Then his character just got a whole new purpose. One thing is true about Scandal nobody except for David is as they appear.

I think there is a parallel between Becky and Olivia. When Huck asked what was Becky's real name, she said something to the effect that it doesn't matter. When Edison asked Olivia about her past BF or who hurt her, she, in a way, says it doesn't matter.
