Hi Raif. As a MSM who prefers bareback to condom (with known guys ofc) I decided to start daily PrEP few years ago. Believe or not - my best sex ever was with an undetectable partner. Thanks to medication and PrEP HIV status is no longer a topic in my sexual life. I take every precaution necessary to avoid other STIs. PrEP & U=U community is the safest environment, if you get screened on regular basis. The best benefit of PrEP is however fighting the stigma. I feel absolutely safe with my U=U friends and enjoy the feeling of safety, community, closeness, friendship...and love.

Okay so I'm changing from Biktarvy to Triumeq. I'm slightly concerned about my partner and I because I heard of what the doctors called a "blip" in my viral load.
