The nitto nomad just seems like the best in off road capability. Both are great tires in their own perspective road condition. In off road driving, the nomad is the better choice. Both tires are great in their own perspective driving condition. For my needs, I'd get the nomad grappler. The wildpeak will be my next choice when my nomad gets worn out.

Just got the Nitto tires since offroad/light trails will realistically only be 10-20% of their time in service. The other main factor is that the Nomads are about 4 to 5 lbs lighter than the Falkens in my size based on Tire Rack’s spec sheet. Tire Tack testing and user feedback data has them about equal. I don’t think you can go wrong with either of these depending on needs. They’re pretty awesome in what they do. Would love to see a comparison video with the new Cooper Road + Trail ATs.

You said the weight of the wildpeaks AT trail is lighter but when i checked on tire rack for the same size, the Nomad Grapplers are lighter by about 6 lbs
