It worked for me after 2 weeks no taste or smell, I used Tangerine + brownsuger + 2 slices fresh lemons, under broiler in oven 5min till brownsugar melts then 5 min cool down, then ate mixture, 1 hour later I had headache from all the smells and taste coming back, 80% taste and smell within an hour, I know everyone's body is different but 100% worked for me.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I went on a fast and prayed to God for healing in the name of Jesus. I got my taste and smell back within a week! If you would like prayer, please comment below on this post. God bless you all!

"Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, " Exodus 23:25

*UPDATE: people have contacted me directly and said the power of God healed them and restored their senses of smell and taste. Hallelujah!*

Hi all, so I tried this orange and sugar thing. What I should have done is tasted/smelled before eating the orange and sugar mixture. But before today I have not tasted a thing, even today actually I had food and couldn't taste it. After eating the orange mixture, I can smell and taste slightly. I tried mustard and i definitely tasted that. I smelt apple cider vinegar. These both have strong smells/taste so I tried chocolate orange and time out and I could definitely taste them but slightly. So looks like it may have worked, not completely but I definitely noticed a difference :D

I found something that works! (For me in additionto prayer)... so the burnt orange thing didn't work for me. I did it for bout a week and nothing. Instead I tried eating raw ginger (3-4 pieces the size of a quarter) It was HOT as hell and it burned like hell but it worked. The first few days, I didn't notice a big change in taste (none really) but my sense of smell started to come back first. I still wasn't able to taste anything but I was able to smell ALOT of stuff. I ate ginger about twice a day for about 3 days then I start chewing juicy fruit gum.(weird I know but its working) I haven't chewed gum in over 6/7 years. I chewed gum about two random hours of the day while I continued to eat and smell foods and other things with distinct taste and smells. (Coconut, lemon, blue cheese, perfume, carpepet freshner, peppermint)... Im on day 5 and I can taste and smell. It's not 100% yet but about 50%. If I'm 5 days in at 50%, I can only imagine what another week or two of eating ginger and chewing gum will do for me.... Hope it works for y’all just wanted to share bc not being able to smell and taste was horrible!

I want to know why burning the outside of an orange and then peeling the burnt skin off has anything to do with inside of the orange??

I've lost my taste for 3 months now I'm at the point where everything taste and smells the same and it's very unpleasant taste/smell. If I had to describe it's like a mix of the smell of old oil and plastic burning

I had covid over a year ago and my taste/smell has been gone for 17 entire months now. It's miserable. I wasn't even that ill w/the covid, but this is the lasting effect so far. I will try this. Nothing to lose. Tried EO's to no avail. But this is intriguing. Wish me luck, please!

This doesn't work for me. Done it every single day for 3 weeks. Still nothing. Been doing smell training with rose, lemon, Eucalyptus, and clove as well and nothing is working.

Can you take the orange fruit out and just let it bake? Does it have to be brown sugar?
