Former President Donald Trump threatened Illinois-based John Deere on Monday with massive tariffs on its products if it outsources some of its manufacturing to Mexico.

Good! I do not always agree with former President Trump but, tariffs on American companies leaving the USA, I AGREE WITH BECAUSE, Betcha they'll consider it more cost effect to STAY in the USA.

John Deere is very highly expensive to begin with. I went to Cub Cadet and I can get the same exact mower for a way cheaper price.
This idiot wants to just make more money from our poor local customers to put in his pocket. This pisses me off. Most farmers in our area have gone to other brands and not John Deere. They stink!

The problem with the free market is that the corporations control it. Look at anything out there it's only a few that control most items. The corporations also own our politicians. Long time Republican here I think we need to do something different. You look at this 200% tariff on small-scale farmers they'll pay the price but the corporate farmers will find loopholes.
