Had no idea you were learning Yiddish. That's awesome! It's one of the languages I have under my belt and might be able to be of some service if you'd like at some point. (I'm a native Hebrew speaker so I can certainly help with the alphabet if you get stuck.)

I'm also gonna start to learn Hindi (I can say it's like how Spanish is to you). I'm gonna get into a trial and error method, find my learning habits, try to become consistent and on but I know it's all worth it coz, you know this will help me with my next languages coz I'll have to start from alphabets. Thank you so much again sharing this very useful journey with us.

Not hard to do for mutually intelligible (at least partially) languages, but to learn Hindi and Korean at the same time would be really hard to pull off.
