The reason cards like Crystal Bond, AG fusion and even Toon Kingdom are that expensive is because they were short printed, that combined with the "collectible" factor causes them to get bought out and such.

at least this sets legacy support is amazing, most specifically for Trains (best legacy support in recent years) and lunalights. However, I do prefer get singles.

Also urgent schedule is meh? It's amazing :O

Of all the archetypes here, trains and lunalight were the only one who got lucky.
And even then I d more expect to see lunalight at a regionnal than train.

One more thing you didn't mention (not directly at least) about Legendary Duelists 3, and I think is important to talk about, is that they're reprinting Blue-Eyes cards because it's about Kaiba etc, including the 24635151346104th Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Chaos MAX, but they didn't even reprint Blue-Eyes Alternative. I mean it's completely dumb because the price of this card is far too high for what it is. Needless to say that it should have been reprinted in the Legendary Collection Kaiba anyway, since the movie packs in which Alternative first came out were already more than a year and a half behind. Same goes for the fact that they wanted to incorporate Photon/Galaxy support, but didn't reprint Galaxy Soldier.
In my opinion, this is clearly what was missing to make this set at least good.

Lunalights and Trains definitely have the potential to be rogue status come to the release of this set and I expect that both decks will be experimented with. I don't expect either will really be meta though, but they probably will top Regionals.

Also, you got the name of the Harpie card that searches Harpie's Feather Duster wrong, and that's not even the reason the card would be good (It's a Skill Drain you can activate from the hand).

What was so great about Millennium-Eyes Restrict is that, as well as being a revamped version of a classic character card, it’s also generic so it’s not restricted (lol see what I did there?) to a specific archetype or theme, so it appealed to pretty much every type of player (and collector). The problem with this set as a whole is that, unless you happen to specifically play any of the three archetypes that it supports, there’s no real value to be had or appeal to buy the set at all.
