ISV Market & Role of ISV in digital transformation

I think the ISV partner community in India is a very interesting space. If you look at India it is one of the most biggest markets when you look at the customers who are consuming digital transformation technologies and solutions. And the ISV community really comes in and plays extremely crucial role in terms of what solutions and what products the customers are embracing for digital transformation. And then when we look at the diversity of the ISV community you are looking at partners who are providing solutions for ERP, partners who are providing solutions for CRM, partners who are providing pointed time solutions for even small retail stores. So it's a very exciting space and then it's going through it's own set of changes with the change in technology paradigm around us. All with the adoption of cloud, with the sassification of their offerings.

I think extremely exciting place to be in the India. ISV Awards. We are here in Kolkata and this is the east chapter and usually people think that most of these ISVs or companies who are developing technologies they are actually based in the bigger metro cities. Whereas interestingly if you look at some of the ISVs who have come in here are mostly from Kolkata and most of them are also from places in and around East i.e. Bhubaneswar, Odisha. And what's interesting again is that they are not just serving the requirements of customers in the East but they are also serving customer requirements in other parts of India. The second thing is the opportunity to interact with so many companies who have taken the next step towards Iot and I was really impressed having seen some of the ISVs who got awarded today both in the startup category and in the SME category and a lot of them are in the Iot space which is fairly interesting and encouraging in terms of direction which it is headed.
