The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Ancient Stones Fingerstyle Guitar Tutorial.
Albums:
Composed by: Jeremy Soule
Arranged by: Isac Saleh
As you can see in this tutorial I've started filming the right hand as well. I think it might be good to see which fingers are used on which strings. You will notice I sometimes use the index finger on the D string, as well as the thumb on the G string. It will depend on the shape of the arpeggio.
This is just how I do it and if you feel comfortable using other fingers, do so. As long as the execution feels smooth and you don't accidentally mute other strings while finger picking.
(Note: I just cut my nails prior to this tutorial so that is the minimum length I use. Normally they are double the length)
I know half speed might still be a bit too fast for some. If so, feel free to use the setting cog and slow it by half again.
The video of my right hand is a different recording so editing was a bit time consuming.
I will try to record with two cameras at once next time in order to save time.
I hope you find this tutorial helpful!
