I am in Quebec Canada. I bought just the same show 5 3gen. And under movie icon only Amazon is there. YouTube and other there is no icon and my update is done ?

What if I don’t want the Home Screen in a rotation, just one particular photo? Can I do that?

Im not sure if im mistaken but did the speakers on the side always work? Like are they speakers too Out of nowhere my echo sounds a bit lower even when on high volume and bit muffled then i saw only the top speaker was working and not the sides but im not sure if they were always working ?or is it because i havent used it in like 3 days that i feel it diffrent lol

Please help. Amazon can't help me. They cant figure out whats wrong with my Echo Show 5 3rd Gen even they already replaced my unit. Whenever Spotify is playing, the song always freezes on the last 15 seconds before the end. And its painfully slow even on responding. Unlike my Echo Dot, always fast and seamless. I even talked to Amazon rep and we tried everything and still did not solve the issue.

Do you have anything showing how to add widgets? I can't get them to delete so I can add my own choice.

The 3rd gen does NOT have an audio output jack (headphone). Is there a way to connect this device to an older home stereo that does NOT have blue tooth or network connectivity ? Possibly a device to go between the 3rd gen and home stereo that can connect to audio (red and white audio jacks) on home stereo ??
