How to get OhNo! for Renault working on Android only.

In my usual no nonsense manner, how to get oh no for Renault working on an android handset so you can clear error messages on Renault cars. Mainly aiming at the Scenic MK2 here but should work for the other cars listed in the app too. As always, questions posted below will be answered as soon as I'm able.
