There's another clip of a 12-year-old or something, who calls Kirk out on his statements about the Civil Rights Act. He's asked why he thinks it should be overturned and his genius retort is, "I never said that. I said it was a mistake."

If it was a mistake, why would you not want it overturned? But as the 12-year-old replied, "That's still crazy!"
