The small black tower in the middle (behind the Vibratron) is the Synergistic Research FEQ Carbon.
I have that.
I also have the 5 bowl Synergistic Research Acoustic ART.
I bought the ART used quite a number of years ago and I got a good price on them.
The FEQ Carbon I got a couple of years ago.
I can't definitely say that the ART has done much in my room but there are a lot of reviews online that praise it.
With respect to the FEQ Carbon, I can unequivocally say that in my room it does work.

I have some Synergistic Research stuff, and they do work, but of course people are skeptical, and should be. You should also be open-minded. I would love to listen to these gadgets.

Dump and dumber... physics say it not work in necessary frequency range... absorption, reflection... so forget to judge by ears, you have to make relevant acoustic measurment...
