Hey Logan, use the reset of your punch coming back to point A from B to get the load needed for the second punch. That second punches load time is too long

Nice! I saw Mike Tysons feedback vid to you which was pretty cool. I like how he said bend your knees a bit more to get a little lower create more leverage and keep the other hand up to cheek always. Just my 2cents haha. Love the content uso keep it up! Training aswell here in NZ 💪🏽💯

Generate power from the legs and close with the shoulder so that your arm flies to the bag. The movements are good, but the tweak is missing and you look bit stiff.

You need to raise that elbow up to your shoulder and your power will increase, it won't be so slappy. Just my opinion... Huge fan!

Bro you need a lot of condition, so you get in shape, and your speed will be faster. Also an increase in power. Also endurance. You need conditioning.
