Great idea a lunch box but I use an ammo can lol I have always carried emergency items including meds I take daily. It’s in the back floor of my truck. Battery charger/jumper a NOCO BOOST + with bright flashlight and plug ins for my phone, I have change of clothes w shoes, overcoat and fire extinguisher, lighter, clothes pins, cap n gloves and a 12 volt air pump and floor jack. Lol and first aid with hand cleaner left over from Covid19. AND a hatchet, light sticks in neon green, and some MRE’s rations.

Thanks for adding the hearing protection. Some you have enough room in the tin. A good addition for medical is a small first aid guide. Knowledge is the most important tool.

Some are extremely small and I've seen one that is the size of a credit card but folds out like a map to become huge.

ear plugs are like gold if u get stuck with other pple...

some tea, coffee, or drinking choclate, sugar, soup mix packets and stock cubes, salt and at least a matchbox size pack of rice or rizzoni pasta. one electrolite tablet... maybe a tin of small fish like sardine or herring etc.
