I would love a video showing more balance exercises. I can pass the tests you showed, but could feel my standing leg shake a bit. Very motivating!

I bought a shake plate a few years ago, as a first attempt of "exercise" after an extended period of sedentary activity through COVID. All you do is stand on it, and every muscle in your body is exercised to maintain balance. There was a drastic change in my energy level. Plus, I could imagine that every organ in my body was receiving a massage through the vibration. It's been years since I've used it and I was thinking of getting it out again - after some endurance and strength was lost during the recovery from a broken pelvic bone that was a sports related injury. It was a whole body balancing act. I love the exercises you shared, and the confirmation that the "miracle effects" were not all in my head. Good luck reaching 100K. I appreciate what you have to share! (That's the only piece of exercise equipment that didn't end up given away or thrown in the trash.)

I am 69 years old, my doctor wants me to walk five miles a day, so, I am up to three miles a week, so far, and l notice my balance is a lot better by walking. And I passed all of your tests Doc. Thanks 😊 🫂

I have been watching a bunch of your more recent videos, so the algorithm suggested this bit of an older one to me this morning. I just did the tests you showed. I am 58, very young feeling tho, and I was actually shocked by how wiggly I was standing on one leg! I was able to do it, but man o man, I was certainly not able to stay still. I definitely will work on this! I want to live a long, healthy, un-injured life! I am so grateful this vid popped up today. (btw... I'm local in Gilbert AZ 😃)

Hi Dr. O’Connor. Just found your channel. I’m an older nurse who just started working in hospice and really love your content! Thanks for this video. I made it to 10 seconds the second time around but was a little wobbly on my first try so I’m going to work on these exercises daily and really appreciate. I’d welcome other balance exercises if your husband teaches! 😊
