The culmination of training, travel and mental preparation comes to a head as the team attempts to summit during a tight weather window. After scaling near-vertical walls and enduring a sleepless night at sub-zero temps, they are faced with a difficult decision - turn back or risk their lives to reach the top of the world.

“There is a line that exists that I cross when I start climbing and it is a line of surrender, its a line of acknowledgment, its a line of willingness to accept the outcome”- @coryrichards

Wow! The previous episodes were dramatic and action-packed, but the words of this episode and the beauty of the imagery is unparalleled! Can't wait to see what comes next from Roam!

The Line is such a great series. Thanks for sharing Cory! I think turning around was a smart choice by Cory and Topo. I hope people will avoid dying or getting frost bite from summit fever in the future by learning from this series. There is nothing wrong with turning around when the conditions aren’t right.

I absolutely love how Cory and Topo talk about the mountains. So much passion, reflection and intelligence...

Wow, that was amazing footage 😍 love the contrast in Cory’s fragile emotions vs the massive size of his balls to undertake these expeditions 👏

Amazing series. And Corey, you didn't messed up, feel no guilt, no regret. There is always another chance to do it. And if not, well, you guys went up there and did your best.
Cheers from Argentina!

Sorry Cory and Topo! I'm from Nepal and I wish and pray for your success on the next attempt from the tibet side. But congrats to Topo on his K2 summit this season.

There's one thing I don't understand; Topo's english is perfectly understandable, why did you decided that his dialogs needed subtitles?

I'm really interested to know how you filmed the aerial shots at high altitude. Were you sending a drone up from base camp?

I've lived a life parallel with Cory's, in many ways, tho I say this with utmost humility + respect. Sadly, we'll not likely converse to share the depth of our mutual struggle + overstanding. Still, should he happen to discover this, I'd like to assure him he's everything he knows he is, but doubts. Further, that each day of continued breathing (to us) is the equivalent of most 'non-Cory' people's 'Everest Summit'. He knows this. He also knows that Everest is barely big enough to slow the freight-train of the mind. So if you don't let up Cory, not even for 1 sec, neither will I -- And we might just get thru this mutha

But... Why no second attempt? I guess there was no weather window?

Epically beautiful production quality as always btw 👌🏼

Good effort, Everest after all. As a matter of style, not my taste.

Not much of a team the last part. No pre-setting up of camps and going down again like the big teams. Two lonely climbers cant make it on their own. Young guys of today are no Messners or Boningtons. Is it a real climb or a movie series? Lovely footage though.

Very interesting climb and beautiful filming. But the never ending psychological cringy blabbering kinda spoils it. I mean who really cares about Coreys inner workings.
