What makes Uncle Roger the best in terms of being a food critique is that he doesn’t judge the food only by its taste and appearance but he really knows how it should be made and why it should be made like that. He delves deep in the fundamentals of cooking and the history of the dish being created.

Most food critiques just base their judgment on the final product and ignores the step by step procedure that’s why they’re not that entertaining like Uncle Roger.
