Pasta. Vegan. High-Protein. what is NOT to love. Come on, people. I scoured TikTok for you (and me) so that we could get into some delicious vegan pastas that also happen to be packed with protein
HIGH PROTEIN SPINACH PASTA (20g protein per servings) with my additions it’s about 30g per serve
My additions:
6 tbsp nutritional yeast
Parsley
Basil
I added 1 tbsp white miso
Lemon juice
Protein breakdown (w. My additions):
320g barilla rigatoni - 42g
1 block 365 silken tofu - 20g
6 tbsp nutritional yeast - 15g
8.8 oz spinach - 3g
40g cashews - 7g
1 tbsp white miso - 2g
Total - 89g per (3 servings) per serve: 29.6g
High-protein bolognese (100g) (not sure per serving)
My additions:
1 tbsp Tomato paste
Protein breakdown (w. My additions):
1.5 cups dried TVP - 78g
16 oz barilla spaghetti - 56g protein
Total: 134g protein (4 servings) 33.5g per serve
High-Protein Vegan Mac
My additions:
I’m going to add vegan buffalo chicken (daring chicken buffalo chicken)
Add vegan yogurt (foragers unsweetened cashew yogurt)
Protein breakdown (w. My additions):
250g Trader Joe’s Lentil pasta - 78g
20g / 4 tbsp nutritional yeast - 10g
20g / miso paste - 2.5g
150g foragers unsweetened cashew yogurt) - 3g
1 bag daring buffalo plant based chicken - 27g
Total - 117g (3 servings) per serve: 39g
