I can't believe people call this "bad weather" or say "it's ugly out there"when it's raining this is the best thing ever. The sounds of the rain drops hitting the ground and the thunder and lightning mixed together, the glossy shine the rain gives everything, the coolness in the air, the smell of everything after? This is the most beautiful weather!

This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. It’s ok if all you did today was survive! Peace and blessings to all of you who suffer with insomnia, anxiety and depression like I do. For those who have to keep pushing when you really want to give up, for those who’s always the strong one and does things for everybody else knowing they wouldn’t do the same for you, for those who are worried with how they’re going to make ends meet, for those who are just exhausted with life, people, your job, family, etc. Remember sometimes the healer needs healing. Take time to practice self care. Give yourself grace. Always protect your peace. As a person that always give to others, it’s hard to not feel guilty when I take time for myself but it sure is worth it. I’m learning to be more conscious of my self care, learning to let go of people with negative energy, learning to love myself more, and learning it’s okay to not be okay. To anyone who reads this I hope the peace, power and presence of love surround you always! 💕

Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone.
