Tropical Storm Oscar poorly organized, expected to trek close to Bermuda

Oscar continues to spin over the eastern Bahamas on Tuesday morning. The system is not well organized, and at this point is barely a tropical storm. It is however, still producing pockets of heavier tropical rain over the eastern Bahamas.
