I tried thai salad. I did not have mango and forgot to add chilli in dressing but regardless it tasted heavenly. I am your fan ! This is amazing I did not know this could taste so delicious

Subah, an important pointer I wanted to ask and share with you. From what Ayurvedic texts and experts have written they suggested
1 - To have an oil base in any salad dressing as the body should not consume raw food only.
For that reason, may salads have a tadka to it.
I am still finding out more about it and wanted to share this with you to help in your research and offerings :) Good going and your voice is very pleasant and the style of making videos is very thoughtful.

My daughter made Thai papaya salad along with beet roti and sabji as taught by you to cook. Dinner was delicious and light.

In ur previous video u said no using any lemon n salt for dressings.. However in each dressing prepared, u have mixed lemon n salt in it.. Is that fine with that mixture to have it?

Hello Subha, I need to ask u that we need to use all raw veggies in salads. We don’t cook them and is they get digested better in raw form ?
