This meal prep may quickly turn into a weekly dinner for the whole family!

I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. I specifically create my meals to meet three criteria. High protein, low calorie, and affordable. This is to ensure that they fit almost any diet as well as any budget!

For anybody concerned with the amount of carbohydrates, I make all of my meals to fall within the American Diabetes Association's recommended carbohydrate range of 45-60g per meal.

But remember, carbohydrates are not the enemy! In fact, they are the body's PREFERRED energy source. All foods can be incorporated into a balanced diet of variety and moderation.

I just did it... And it was so delicious and it cost 15 bucks in ingredients for 6 portions- portions for the week. Highly recommend!

Made this with ground turkey and halved the portions so that it was for 3 days and it came out great. Added my own spin to it and loved it.

@zachcoen I make these recipes for my family for dinner a lot of the times and then I take what is leftover for lunch during the week. It’s a good way to get us all eating healthy! Thank you for your posts! They are all delicious

Is it safe to reheat?? Or can I eat cold? Is it safe to do so? I just don’t want to get sick from reheating pasta too much never done a meal prep.

Most of the time your macros are pretty darn close but with your ingredient amounts I can't get the same numbers. I can only get close by halving the amount for beef. Using the listed amount I get 430cal for 7 meals 500 for 6. Which is honestly better for me but just noting what I found. Thanks for the meals!

I like it but.... I need bigger portions. How can in bulk this recipe up without adding too many more calories? Maybe more broccoli 🥦??

It says 1 pound of ground beef but in the picture you got a 2.25 lb tray. So which is it?
