Traveling Alone, First time at Lake Como, BTS of Press Trips

Welcome back, #skyfam!

I'm so grateful to be able to share more of my travels with you guys. If you're new here and only joined after the year 2020, I've been spending most of my days in Cebu with my growing family. I love the stability, comfort and love that home brings, and I am so grateful for my roots.

I'm also thankful that these days, I am able to slowly go back to doing the things that I used to love as well. Little by little, I feel pieces of me coming back to life. Traveling has always been a part of me, and I'm happy to be able to spend a few days in a new environment. It has definitely helped break some of the monotony of everyday life and I've come home so refreshed and ready to face the excitement and challenges of motherhood once again.

In this trip, I take you with me to Lake Como, Italy. It was my first time there. I was invited by D'Alba as the only Philippine representative and I couldn't be more proud. Im not gonna lie, it was quite new for me to be all by myself as I've grown accustomed to having people around me all the time. However, somehow, the solitude was really helpful and I was truly able to get out of my comfort zone and be so inspired by the people and places around me.

As someone who lives in the comfort knowing my parents are around and my extended family as well, it’s refreshing to be here abroad, were I am all alone, starting from scratch, breaking out from my comfort zone and facing my fears while also gaining new perspective and independence hence does not make me not need or love my family less but make me in the long goal give them more love and help while also knowing and loving my self ❤
