To Open Hyperlink Without Pressing CTRL Key in MS Word, apply these steps:
In Word Document, click on the first tab “File” – Then click on “Options”. In the opening window, click on “Advanced” from the lest pane and then in the right hand side, remove checkmark ✅ from the box towards the option “Use CRTL + Click to follow hyperlink”. Then click “OK”. You have done it!
