Same bhai, maine bhi March me phone order kara tha aur open box delivery selected tha... Maine delivery person se box open karke dikhane kaha, wo kehta hai aisa kuch nahi hota aap parcel leke OTP dedo... Maine usko dikhaya bhi ki bina open kiye parcel accept nahi kari jaygi, wo open nahi kiya aur maine bhi parcel accept nahi kiya... Next day mera original product aya aur tab order sahi se complete hua.

I got scammed by Flipkart by way of open box delivery. Customer care also did not help. I was never told about the order being open box delivery either at time of order or delivery.

I fact it was under 1K order never expected open box delivery for shoes.

Finally got tried of customer care and deactivated my Flipkart id and Deleted the Flipkart app. Never buying from Flipkart again.

I have been shopping online for more than decade. Have shopped from many shopping sites even with very low rating, tradus, rediff shopping, shopclues etc almost never had problem with product, and even if there was problem, there was never problem with return.
Flipkart is worst among the worst ! Their customer care is clueless, Their seller change delivery date, they dont take action against them, online chat is ARTIFICIALLY STUPID.

Done with Flipkart for good. No expensive ordering from their website. Their open box delivery policy is crap. They don't provide any alternative delivery option. I am not inclined to adhere to such policies.

I ordered air fryer with OBD. Flipkart delivery guy was denying it saying he cannot see my delivery as OBD in his system. i called up customer care and confirmed it was indeed OBD. i simply denied accepting the delivery. Delivery guy accepted for OBD.

Flipkart is the company which gives you non branded things not much branded things like apple charger and all, most of the saabun and surf scam happens in flipkart than also people still chooses flipkart over amazon😂
