Just used this on rust CE, had a active defence on it 1v4 and it held its own good mobility and once upgraded it can take a hit or two. The compond retakes are what secured my defence aswell as mobility to the the peak downs.

You can also use the roof as a bunker instead of turret pods thats what i did and they never found my loot

im newer to rust and trying to follow this video is hard, you're speedrunning the build which i get its best to slap it down ASAP but for a guide slow it down a little more. I'd rather the video be longer than constantly trying to go back to see what i just missed. Other than my criticism great build and i plan to use it in two days for my solo wipe :D

What if i messed up with putting one triangle one side in 6:42min in the video and i upgrade it to stone i can delete it and re do the triangle part?

Just faced heartbreak with this base. There are two triangle foundations on each side supporting the wall frames that lead to roof, and these are softside-able straight into bunker entrances. Had a guy softside the one leading straight to core and we had no way to defend ourselves. The foundation is not replaceable, so after nearly finishing the base we have to move.

If confused, theres an outdoor turret pod attached to the base on the center of each side. Its the two nearest triangle foundations on either side if it with the chain fences on top. If you look in the corners, you can easily see a gap.

For anyone reading that wants to build this base, build this first on a build server and try to fix this before committing.

Tried this in a 3x server, dealt with decaying pieces throughout the entire base. Placed all roofs and walls accordingly, paying close attention to where each piece was placed/connected to what. Do the bunkers have to be placed to avoid decay? It was decaying with both the triangle ramp there (Wall removes so bunker worked) and without the roof (just the wall acting as honeycomb) - Im so confused and promise im not trash talking. Just genuinely can't fix the decay. I've even tried adding frames that connect to the outer and inner base, no fix.
