The key is she has to be attracted to you first. Since you can't get the girl attracted you, you move to the next girl. The cycle repeats. Eventually, nothing happens and no one contacts you.

A woman who consistently do this isn't just interested in you. Unless you guys are having a serious relationship issue which causes her to pull away due to being angry or not understood, not because she doesn't like you.
But if no reason she starts pulling away and keeps happening for no apparent reason. Then just move on and have your life without her. It's not always simple but it's worth it.
