What's wrong with my Baofeng UV-5R?

In the video I say my speaker is broken but I mean the mic, it works with a headset.
More info about the radio:
I bought it about a year ago off amazon. I've used it in a couple of Airsoft games so it has been knocked around and exposed to dust and dirt. A week before filming this I reset the radio to factory defaults and have only played with the Squelch settings.
If you think you know what the problem is or think that i just got a lemon or I'm using it wrong let me know.
