Poor highlight. At least should have shown the full point...

Explanation: the girl in the first clip (receiving the serve) won the point. If a ball hits the opponents side and goes back to the returners side without the opponent touching it then it’s automatically the returners point

It's not clear to me whether the video was meant to highlight the magnificent Spin or the remarkable Push Up.

I watched and first heard of these exact 2 people today playing each other

Is it just me or does a lot of tennis content not work/fit in with the "shorts" format. The aspect ratio mainly makes it really jarring to watch.

That slow motion part meant nothing without showing us the the full landing of that ball and the point made.

But it wasn’t the tennis ball

She touched the net with her foot and later with the racket, that was fault and lost the point!

So automatically a point to the returner?

Obviously there was going to be a ton of backspin. She also had half a day to return it before it bounced...

So ironic that the spin of the ball when it bounce in the servers court it went on the receivers side...

her momentum from her chest being so top heavy caused her lean over the net

It wasn’t the back spin, it was Boobmentun

Receiver got the point cause the server touched the net during the play even if she touched the ball.

I don’t know the rules of tennis very well, so these are serious questions:
Is she allowed to touch the net with her foot?
If she hadn’t touched the net with her foot, since she touched the ball with the end of her racket as it was falling, does that count as a clean hit/return?

Her foot was in the net. Hopefully the Referee saw that.
