Borscht

Borscht is one of my favorite childhood recipes that I continue making for my family today. Ukrainian beet soup made with many other vegetables. This version is made with beef, potatoes, cabbage, lots of aromatic vegetables. I share all my tips for a vibrantly bright red Borscht that has so much incredible flavor.

If you use red cabbage the colour is a deeper red ☺️
