How to support me and my channel:

In this video, I interviewed some local residents of Georgia. Currently, Georgia is a country where many Russians and Ukrainians immigrate because of the current situation. I suppose it might be interesting what Georgians really think about Russians and Russian-speaking people. Also, this video has no propaganda value, just keep in mind.

very honest interview and you can tell people dont fear of the comments they make when asked a question, some countries you can tell people hold back how they really feel . very good video

Interesting things to think about why people all around the world try to speak English the language of British colonists 😯 Especially India who suffered a lot from GB, and the Philippines where people of different ethnic groups still speak English to each other, bcz they were ruled by the Americans after Philippine revolutionaries were defeated by American troops ... So many people around the world speak languages of different colonialist countries. And everybody is so surprised by ex-USSR republics speaking English. It's kind of hypocritical discourse.

THANKS for this! I love hearing from people. Even when their views differ from my own, it's just refreshing compared to "news sources" who tell you what people think.

Very good to know English is well known in Georgia. Georgia should become a western holiday destination.

Georgians deserve a better Neighbour then Russia, so much potential lost because of bad Neighbours.

Fortunately, in Russia there are really a lot of Georgians that are welcome so we have Georgian restaurants, Georgian people and not these discriminatory ideas promoted in this video.

"Russia is colonizing with their language." ALSO "60% of us speak English."

The guy with the black shirt is very well spoken and educated in his thoughtful observation and answers about Russia. I also appreciate English is not his first language but uses some American common cultural phrases like 'Assimilate' and 'White Supremacists' to explain his thoughts.

I know Russian fluently and I have no intention of travelling to Moscow for any reason or using it for communication with Russians. I would gladly swap it for one of the European or Asian languages. I remember very well 2 wars that we had to go through, because of a terrorist country of Russia. I prefer to travel to Europe, Asia and other countries, where our culture, ethnicity and territorial integrity are respected.

In most cases Russians know they will be here temporarily - I dont know anyone who assumes he will stay in Batumi or Yerevan for a long period. And Russians who are here have a numerous everyday problems with everything: place to live (in Georgia and Armenia we need to pay 2-4x of our usual rates, most give 60-70% of their salary), find cheap food, kindergarten/school, next country visa issues etc. Personally I speak English in the street but I dont find such level of English as in clip sometimes even in Tbilisi. I dont speak about Batumi where people gets mad when they understand I was bullying them with English while being a Russian-speaker ("What a circus! Please dont make problems from nowhere!! (in Russian)").
So its not so easy to find the way to conform everybody. Anyway, Georgian people are the most peaceful and patient I know. I hope we wont bother you too much and most of us will find somewhere else and learn mother language of place of stay. I cant find the words of kindness to people I met here.

funny how unsuspicious English seems to them as an alternative to Russian. Like... why not Ukrainian then if the problem is Russia?

The ethics of the Russian language are not tied to the actions of the government of Russia.
