The SE Zach Myers is packed with features that will satisfy even the most demanding musicians. Featuring a chambered mahogany body with a maple cap, flame maple veneer, and single f-hole, the SE Zach Myers provides smooth mid-range tones with a natural, resonant internal reverb. The resonance of the semi-hollow body paired with the smooth feel of the satin finish neck will make an immediate impression in your hands. Additional appointments to the PRS SE Zach Myers signature model include a 22-fret, 24.5” scale length neck, PRS adjustable stoptail bridge, vintage-style tuners, and PRS-designed 245 “S” pickups paired with two volume and two tone controls and a 3-way toggle pickup switch. These pickups bring high-end clarity, low-end power, and an overall aggressive punch that maintains a certain sweetness.

Zach Myers, lead guitarist of the multi-platinum rock band Shinedown, picked up a PRS Custom 22 at the age of fifteen and announced his first SE signature model in 2010. I first saw this guitar at a local shop, (trampas green model) and i loved the color. I’ve never seen a guitar more beautiful. I never heard of zach myers until i did research on this guitar but the man has good taste

I'm a 5'5 fellow and somehow the Satin Wide-Fat neck fits me to a T. I loved Semi Hollows, I loved Gretsches, I love LPs. Pulling my 2016 Vintage burst ZM from the case, playing it unplugged before it even hit my AC30 and it already won me over. It's pretty much my do it all guitar and has been my number 1 since September 2018.

Edit: I forgot to mention I got to go head to head with a Deusy Starplayer, an Axe as most weekend warriors might know to be a dream guitar. We all know which one I walked away with. =)

So I bought this guitar at Guitar Center on Sunday. I was blown away and said "The hell with it" and grabbed it. I ask the kid that is selling it to me (I'm in my 50's) who is Zach Myers? The two dudes look at me and say "I don't know". They go to look it up. I said no don't look it up I want the surprise! I look it up and feel like fool now! Sorry Zach! I bought it just because it's awesome and the price is just insane for what you get. Shinedown.... I should have known this. Zach I will wear it well! 😀

I have no clue who Zach Myers is or his band. I am a musician who teachers guitar, piano, and drums. I also play in bands from all styles - praise and worship; jazz; classical rock, country, and pop music. I already own 2 of these guitars (Trampas Green & Honey Burst) and will be buying this new color when it is released. I would like to see one made in a all rosewood soundboard with a ebony neck and 2 f holes top and bottom. Thank you PRS for building this guitar.
