Dr. Maria Sirois is an inspirational speaker, consultant, and licensed clinical psychologist who has worked in the fields of wellness and positive psychology for twenty years. Interesting talk! I think society definitely pulls us down, we're all told to be ourselves, but just like everyone else. It is difficult to listen to our inner voice and be guided by it. It is much easier to get caught up in the noise and chatter of those around us, rather than listen to the whispers of our heart. ❤️ I've been on a journey in the past year especially and deeply believe something unique about myself and I'm struggling to embrace it.
