Linear Garage door opener won’t open

Linear garage door opener is not opening with my remote, checked all the sensors and they are good. Watch the video to hear the noise it makes. Need help!!!

It appears the ladder is blocking the safety sensors giving the three flash code on the light. It sounds like the motor is running, but nothing is moving. Were there more of those white plastic shavings in the case when you took it off? because that indicates the main drive gear is completely stripped out and not engaging the worm gear. the oil in the bottom of the case could have separated from the grease or the capacitor could have leaked, however the capacitor here looks good.

I had the same issue just right now! I had a lot of the white dust in the cover too when I took it out, did u figure out the problem???

Power goes on and off have to tap it to come on again keeps losing electrical power to motor, thinking of replacing control board.

Make sure you don’t have a broken spring. You will see a 3in gap in the spring if it’s broken. If ur springs are good, then you have a blown drive gear.
