1. Whole moong and foxtail millet stir fry
Ingredient list:
2 cups boiled foxtail millet.
1 cup-soaked moong or sprouts
1 cup finely chopped vegetables.
1 chopped onion
1-inch grated ginger
1 tbsp oil or ghee
2 green chilies
1/2 tsp. red chili powder, garam
masala, black pepper, cumin seeds
and salt to taste.
for raita
2 cups hung curd.
1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
1/4 tsp. salt
some chili flakes.
1/2 cup grated cucumber
handful of coriander leaves
serves: 3.
Calories: 250 kcal per serving
2. Coriander Millet recipe
Ingredient list
2 cups boiled foxtail millet.
2 cup chopped vegetables.
2 tbsp wood pressed coconut oil or ghee
2 green chilies
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
some chili flakes.
1 cup coriander leaves
4-5 garlic pods
Cooking time: 15min.
serves: 3-4

Ragi flour 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Coriander and cumin powder 1/2 tsp
