Does it continuously meter or do you have to click for each reading?

I just bought one, and it doesn't change any numbers unless I turn it on and off again.

Please show outside in sun. Meters inside are all the same.
Outside in the sun is a big difference

Yep..dont touch a battery like this one used - with fingers - as it can shortent the life of the battery with sweat from the fingers shorting it out.
