Kegland Series X Kegerator Unboxing And Setup

We got our hands on the new Kegland Series X kegerator and I have to say I am impressed. Easy to assemble and it is a really good quality kegerator that looks slick.

One question: will the gas line work with only one attached keg? Or do i have to disassemble/reassemble the duotights?

I am thinking about installing one of those beauties in my new kitchen. Only concern: isn't this installment quite a huge energy dump, if you're keeping your beer at 5°C in a normal kitchen considering the tower and gasline input, where room temperature warm air will constantly flow in or at least have contact with non isolated parts?
