Exact opposite. I play with many who are good at collecting kills. They usually end up getting the team into bad situations because they were chasing a kill rather than working with the team for the win. As a individual player it is good to learn how to win gunfights because you become a more confident player but focusing solely on kills as a team will get you wiped more often than actually getting high kills games with a win. If you & your team doesn’t learn how to rotate, gain power positions, stack & trade shots correctly then you & your teammates will most likely get wiped many times. Balance is key 🔑…
