You've actually been a huge help with my recovery from ed. Now I'm developing a better relationship with food and acknowledging that it's okay to have bad days but also to celebrate the smaller victories when it comes to meeting the goals i set for myself. Since I've followed you I realised it's not too complicated to lose weight, you just listen to your body and all is well.
Now I can eat noodles and chips without thinking that I'm ruining myself, I instead think it's okay to treat myself once in a while.

Ive lost 30 pounds so far. Took some time but i don't feel so stressed about it anymore.. i used to be so scared, thinking "omg this will take years to lose all this weight".. but now its like, yeah it will take time, and thats ok. Im just happy living my life. Ive found a way to lose it sustainably so im not miserable, so I don't mind being patient.

You're one of the few channels which dismantles diet culture while also giving some advice on losing weight in a healthy way without hurting your relationship with food. For me it was almost entirely about portion control and not binge eating. Im doing my best to improve my relationship with food so that once I get this weight off, Ill be able to keep it off. Its difficult sometimes, but im slowly and steadily doing it.

My process has slowed down because I plateaud for a while due to not being able to exercise for like 2 months after I had a major surgery. However, since February I've gone from 192 to 167.

A question: I have PCOD and reducing weight is very difficult for me(as said by a doc). Anyone here knows on how do I get started with workouts? I'm doing 10 minute strength workout everyday. I'll increase time as weeks go on but I need to know what exercises should I start doing next? Also I can't afford to go to the gym. I'm sorry to be asking this question here but I'm genuinely confused and no one that I reached out to is able to help me. This account seems like a safe space....
