I hit rock bottom of anxiety, fear and concerns. I drove alone to the beach to beg God to hear my surrender of control to him and felt him come over me with peace and calm. This morning I wanted something to listen to so I could quiet my thoughts and little did I know this is exactly what I needed. I Pray for every person who is struggling with Anxiety, depression, PTSD, fears and doubts. I am 64 years old and I’ve done life with God and walked away from God many times.
