Thank you! I was literally deciding if I should get the Milwaukee last night, and now I wake up to this video.

If you are “professional you need to go with the flex machine” why?? I have a refinishing business for nearly 30 years and I still have the original Mikita, deWalt and Milwaukee machines along with Rupes, Flex models. Please Don’t confuse your audience if you’re not a seasoned refinishing professional. A few of my Rupes machines barely made it three years without needing Part replacements.

The cordless cousins have come a long way, and definitely have their place in the industry. I particularly like the Milwaukee, but for now I'm gonna stay with my corded flex units!! 💪🇨🇦

The information both in the video and included references to what's covered are very well done and a great source of information to so many of us. I also like that you refer to related videos while sharing the information. Your knowledge and the time you put into your videos are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Great comparison review. Really helped me out with deciding which machine was best for me. As someone who only polishes on weekends I feel confident the Milwaukee will be ample for my needs.

I’ve been using the flex XCE and it is a beast! Amazing cutting and very smooth. At the end of the day it’s all up to each user and what they prefer.

Pan, for my situation the Milwaukee is the way to go we use Milwaukee tools at the winery so I have chargers and a ton of batteries at my disposal! The flex you’re dedicated to their battery line where is the Milwaukee pretty much all their tools are universal with their battery line!

Great review pan, I completely agree with you from my tests, and ended up getting rid of my flex after the review. 10db is twice as loud, 3 is audible for the average person.

These videos are always fun to watch and both polishers are home runs. I just bought a Flex corded rotary polisher. Being older noise level, smoothness, and weight are my top three categories which is why I bought a Flex. Thank you for this video as I am iced inside today in Nashville. Hope you guys are doing well.

Great review as usual Pan!!! If anyone was thinking of buying the Milwaukee polisher either the 15mm or 21mm Acme tools is having a promo where you get a HO 6.0 for free, perfect if your already invested in the line like many already are.

I just ordered the Milwaukee. I have a bunch of Milwaukee stuff already. My cousin works for the company.. I got some killer employee discounts. But enjoyed the video. And it was helpful. Thanks

I have owned the 15 mm Milwaukee polisher for a year now. I love it it’s a game changer. Very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work Pan

I have the XFE and agree with others in the comments regarding its correction abilities. Very easy to get pad stall on anything but machine weight pressure. Any downwards pressure AT ALL causes pad stall. Not sure I made the right choice purchasing this machine. May sell it and wait for the Rupes to come out.

Probably a easy choice for us "weaker" folks. Weight, noise, and vibration can drain you faster than you think. Might just stay with corded for a while yet. Although I've got my eye on the new 3 inch Rupes. Lol. Thanks Pan.

Milwaukee has offered Rotary polishers for years now.
Their First full size 18v cordless was actually a Rotary
And the 12v pistol grip polisher was around at the same time.
This seems to be their first attempt at a DA though

Great review, Pan. The Milwaukee's a really nice machine (as is the Flex). Just an fyi, this is not Milwaukee's first polisher, they've made an M18 rotary polisher for quite some time, now. True it's not a dual action, but a polisher none the less. So, they did have at least some prior experience designing a polisher. As their first dual action however, it's certainly very impressive.

I worked in construction until last march when I jumped into full time detailing...the Milwaukee batteries are solid, most of our guys used them. if you're a strong enough they even have a 12.0 & 9.0 battery lol

I’m just pumped that the tools continue to get better. Cordless still feel underpowered to me, but they are for sure versatile.
