Thank you for these videos. I have an online Etsy store and although I have sewn for over 50 years I learn something new everyday or al least a different way to try something I already knew. I really do appreciate all the wonderful information. Thanks again

What is the name of this fabric and where can I buy it? I bought an "illusion tulle" fabric, but yours looks sturdier

Hi, I was watching this video cause I'm using illusion mesh for the first time ever. I've seen a tip online that you can use tissue paper in order to avoid the mesh getting sucked up into the machine, do you use this trick? I don't have tissue paper so I tried it was toilet paper and it worked but the paper got stuck in the onto the fabric haha I guess I need actual tissue paper to try this hack!

will you use french seams in the curves areas of tulle? specially if you want to keep the see-through effect of the tulle? Thanks

Hi, could you please explain how to keep silk chiffon rolled under, and to stay in place, when sewing a flat-felled seam? Thank you so much for any help!

Hi Brenda! Hope you're doing well. Could you please explain me how hard i should pull the tulle while sewing (to get a stitching that would be stretchy and steady at the same time)? Let's say here's 100% of fabric's stretching ability, for how much of this ability i should pull? I'm going to try this technique for my first tulle bra very soon so it would be great to hear out some general tips from you. I really don't want to spoil this tulle, it took so long to find a proper one! :)

I'd be really grateful if you could show us how to hem a slit that begins right below a french seam. I find it frustrating as the direction of the seam allowance is opposite to the direction of the hem of the slit.

Getting puckers when taking in a curved hip in a French seam on chiffon. Suggestions?

Im stuck. Im altering a brides dress that is a hulter top style. Letting the dress out at the side seams. But the dress has two over layers of chiffon with french seams. Any recommendations on how to add a guset or let the seams out. The lining and the outer layer beneath both have enough seam allowance to be let out. Just not the two chiffion layers. 😞

Hi, I’m trying to use stretch mesh for a corset cup using French seams and my machine just mangles the fabric 😭 do you need a microtex needle?

I'm from Spain and those are English seams, French seams are a little different
