I can only speak for the handful of RenFaires I have visited throughout the Mid-Atlantic, but by far my favorite one is the Pennsylvania RenFaire outside of Mt. Gretna, PA.
They have great facilities, awesome themed weekends, and fun demos/events.
Plus... I love me some Scotch Eggs

The green customized corset does look amazing on you. The tabs at the bottom of the cream bodice with the flowers are usually described as "petals" (Stays are actually a form of corset). My favorite RenFaire is probably the Louisiana Renaissance Festival, which is local to me. I've attended the Texas Renaissance Faire, which did not impress me, and the Tennessee Renaissance Festival, which got flooded out the weekend I was there.

Depends where you are in the US for a Ren Fest. Personally I would avoid the one in Minnesota, it's one of the oldest in the country but the site has been under treat of closure for years and there is only the minimum investment, it rather tired. For the Upper Midwest I like Bristol, it's bewteen Milwaukee and Chicago, just north of the Illinois border.
