Java despite of its verbosity, it is mature. People who bash out on Java do not realize the talented folks who worked on language, JVM, compilers amongst other things.

Is it good to go with Spring boot? I just started to learn it few days ago.

Java has the highest concentration of smart language designers working on it (followed by C++) and the highest number of _smart_ programmers using it (soon to be surpassed by Python and perhaps someday by JavaScript/NodeJS). This combined with its power, flexibility, libraries and balance of complexity-vs-ease-of-use suggest to me it will continue to dominate 10 years from now.

You are right Java is not going anywhere from the market but Java will be like mainframe means you can do support work enhancement or something else but slowly it is reducing its value in development work. new kind of skill sets like blockchain, machine learning etc., so in these fields other languages have Upper Hand as compared to Java

No offense but I think you are quite literally light years away from actual reality, rather than evolving java is soon becoming new cobol. Java did dominated enterprise domain since inception but it was never a fundamentally any better language in fact quite opposite is true, the only things that favored java was robust JVM to look after memory management which kept evolving over several years coupled with moore's law, JVM has transformed into solid main battle tank after over 2 decades of fierce optimizations but it cant be refined anymore further. I do agree with your point that even our kids might one day work on java just like today there are hundreds of developers working on over 5 decades old cobol based IBM mainframes

Come to CA and see for yourself how Java is fast shrinking its market share ever since Oracle took over, ever since they put bill on their JDK not a single big data based open source project is being written in Java they are rather choosing python/C++ or in rare cases JVM based scala but not java anymore. Open JDK is free but its not as refined, robust and secure as Oracle JDK. Tech giants like Netflix, Google, Amazon, Alibaba has their own proprietary version of Open JDK modified as per their requirement but not all enterprise can afford genius developers that these tech giants have.

Java in enterprise world never ever saw any innovation and always dominated by managers or profit making third party vendors like mulesoft rather than real engineers. All new innovations right from HTTP based stateless services to RPC have come up in recent tech era where we have seen rise of smartphones, AI/ML based intelligent systems and IOTs. Even big banks who once run everything on Java are fast embracing new languages for their most recent and cutting edge projects, JP Morgan's python based athena is best example of this.

I have seen several passionate developers here on west coast of US doing all sorts of innovative and mind blowing things in production with new languages like rust, go, nim, zig. These languages many never ever replace or undo what C++/Java/C# has done since no sane developer is gone rewrite trillions of lines of code already written in C++/Java/C# but these new languages are providing a healthy and much much better alternative to new age developers. As far India is concerned I think Java will continue to dominate in that country for next 500 years, trust me I worked there for almost 4 years and honestly speaking Indian IT industry is worst than freaking torture chamber of hell for any true passionate developer.
