As someone who cooked for many years on a food truck where one of our most popular items on the menu were pulled pork or brisket grilled cheese sandwhiches, I have tried this exact thing at minimum 10, 000 times, we would sell 250-500 a week and you can bet your last dollar I attempted this on almost every single one over the course of 3 years 8 months, it happened twice the entire time - this is magical and I appreciate it more than most probably ever could - absolutely beautiful
