Fake vs Real Football Shirt Comparison!

Today we're taking a look at two LFC 23/24 football shirts. One is authentic and from the official Liverpool football club shop, the other comes from a website called ZVbest that sells fake copies of football shirts. Is there really much difference except for a massively higher price tag???

From my experience, I can say that fake player's version looks more similar to the actual ones, as the logos are made of rubber and not embroidered, so the only difference would be in the positioning but texture wise is the same.

The only noticeable difference was the LFC badge, which is quite complex to stitch. They usually do a better job with simpler crests

Man the nike tick looks better on the fake 😂 but logo gives it away

Ive bought fake ones this last 2 or 3 years (I was boycotting Ashley until 2021). I still resent paying such a lot for something that only lasts 10months before a replacement is introduced each summer.
I prefer replica retros that are officially from the club, so that they get a contribution. Part of our problems are that Castore are pisspoor at supplying the shops anyway.
Next season, we will be with Adidas, so no doubt a fan shirt will jump from £65 to around £80, so folk will probably want to get bootlegged products for less than half.
Has been said before, but if clubs weren't quite so greedy in doubling the price & halving a shirt's shelf life, then fans wouldn't buy the counterfeits

I’ve been looking at Zvbest and I have been wondering what does the size chart convert to. Because the conversion from cm to inches don’t add up.

I normally wear a 2xl. Which is a 48.5 to 53.5 chest in inches.

What about the inner Nike small tag ? Is the on both ? I was thinking that was a clear difference ?

I know everyone is saying the badge was a give away but also the nike tick itself the stitches side to side whereas the real is up to down

It's the standard chartered printing position, if it's a bit lower, it's the real one.

I can understand why people would buy a fake the only ones i have are from 25 years ago with no brand badging so obvious fakes. Here in NZ to buy a new football top is around $140-170 depening on brand plus if its screenprinted you can add close to 30 bucks on top of that now im older & wiser i either wait till sales or end of season were i could get one for $100 or if i really want one i wait for a clearance sale from Classic Football Shorts & pick up 1or 2 & i can usually get them here for under $120 including postage.
But some people who live in poorer countries than me a £25 jersey is all they can afford

I thought the one on the right was fake but like you say is there a such a big difference between paying 80 quid to paying 16 quid I know fake suppliers pay there workers peanuts but nike have also been accused of the miss treatment of the workers so its up to us I will always buy fakes as I carnt afford 80 to 110 for genuine shirts
