How to remove downlight from false ceiling (Sglightings@Wintech Centre #0405)

Precautions:
1. Ensure there is sufficient lighting when carrying out the replacement/installation. Encourage to perform during daytime.
2. Make certain that ladder is stable and height appropriate. Over reaching may cause fall from height.
3. Hands should be dry when carrying out electrical related tasks.
4. Confirm the correct switch is turned off. The corresponding MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) could be switch off for additional safety consideration.
5. For additional protection, rubber shoes should be worn and floor to be dry and void of slippery substances.
6. For easy housekeeping, plastic sheet below work area is recommended.
